You will travel to patient residences, assess needs, and implement care plans while maintaining accurate records and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care. A valid CNO license, CPR, and willingness to travel are required.
Job Description 17 full-time positions available Wage: $34.45 per hour Travel Locations: Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville, Uxbridge Shift Options: 0800-1600, 0900-1700 , 1200-2000, 1400-2200 and 2300-0700 In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
