Role Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse on the Critical Care Resource Team, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive care within acute areas such as ICU/CCU and Emergency
  • Utilize clinical leadership, analytical, problem-solving, delegation, and interpersonal skills
  • Develop and implement patient care and education plans based on ongoing assessments
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Healthcare Team to enhance patient care programs
Qualifications
  • Minimum Level 2 Critical Care Course; Level 3 preferred
  • Current RN registration with the College of Nurses
  • BCLS and ACLS certifications
  • Recent acute care experience
  • RNAO membership preferred
  • Advanced assessment skills, computer proficiency
  • Commitment to patient/family-centered care, continuous professional development
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teaching skills
  • Good attendance and safety record
Work Schedule & Compensation

12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Priority areas include Emergency, Telemetry, ICU, and Stepdown. Schedules may change based on operational needs.

Salary Range: $39.10 - $56.05 (Band J)
