Job summary

Northern Health Authority is seeking a Registered Nurse to monitor patients, document changes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate patient care. You will work with patients and families to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Required are RN licensure and certifications (BCLS, CPR, CNCC-C, First Aid). The role offers hospital/clinic settings with relocation support and a 25.5-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent.
• RN licensure with provincial/territorial authority.
• CPR/BCLS/CNCC-C and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients and advise physician of changes in condition.
• Address and document symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient care with patients and families.
