• 10% - Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Job Summary/Basic Functions

Perform competent and compassionate care to patients using nursing skills, assessment and education based on knowledge of the nursing process. Coordinate patient care as a team leader practicing Patient-Centered Medical Home principles
