Spectrum Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for evening shifts in Mississauga to support a community palliative care model. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care, including symptom management and caregiver education.
Minimum two years of nursing experience with palliative care preferred; current CO nurse registration and Ontario driver’s license required.

We are currently seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RNs), to work on Evenings and be part of a dedicated and specialized team that will deliver a highly integrated, one team, community palliative care model for the Mississauga community. Working in lockstep with health system partners, you will be part of a collaborative team that supports people and their families throughout their palliative care journey. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team from across the health sector that will deliver the next generation of palliative care in Mississauga, providing holistic proactive, seamless care and support to patients, families and caregivers – enhancing quality of life, comfort, dignity and security in patients’ end of life journey. As an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team, the Nurse, Palliative Care provides holistic, patient-centered care that includes symptom management, coordination of care, patient, family and caregiver education, emotional support, and advocacy for assigned patient(s) and/or caseload of patients.
