Job summary

Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston is seeking a casual Registered Nurse for Med/Surg to deliver high-quality, patient/family centered nursing care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. You will follow hospital philosophy, policies and CNO guidelines while ensuring safe, compassionate care 24/7.

The role requires current CNO registration, BCLS, ACLS or planned completion within 3 months, and CC1/CC2 within designated timelines.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BCLS certification.
• ACLS or commitment to complete within three (3) months of hire.
• CC1 and/or commitment to complete within six (6) months of hire.
• CC2 preferred.
• Management of Aggressive Behaviour or equivalent preferred.
• Certificate in Gentle Persuasive Approach preferred.

Job Summary

Qualifications And Experience

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses (CNO) as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BCLS.

Hours of Work

In order to provide the necessary patient care, our operations run 24/7. There is the expectation that you are available to work weekdays, weekends and all shifts (days, nights, 12 hours). This is a new position. Resumes will be accepted until positions are filled.
