Your role as a Registered Nurse (In Person Clinic): Dialogue is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for a full- or part-time hybrid position at our in-person clinics in Montreal and on our virtual care platform. The Nurse Clinician's mission is to assess, care for, and refer patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The role involves in-person consultations and collaboration with our virtual team to ensure a seamless patient experience throughout their care journey.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing a wide range of nursing care including blood draws, wound care, microbiological swabs, ear irrigation, and more.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and physiotherapists.
• Participating in health promotion activities such as vaccination campaigns and women's health initiatives.
• Providing follow-up and health education to members with chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidemia, obesity, substance use, and smoking.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• At least 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Active OIIQ license.
• Knowledge of PIQ, contraception, STBBI screening and treatment (asset).
• Experience in expanded role, community or primary care, emergency, or critical care.
• Ability to travel to downtown Montreal clinic 2-3 days a week (remaining hours virtual).
• Comfort with technology.
• Autonomy, professionalism, rigor, and adaptability.
