Job summary

Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide primary care for Operating Room patients. Summary of Duties

Responsible for primary care of Operating Room patients. The main functions of the RN include, but are not limited to: assessment, intervention, education and patient advocacy. The RN supports the Philosophy of Patient-Focused Care concept and principles and the Mission and Values of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. The RN works closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications/Skills

• Completion of post-graduate O.R. certificate and current or recent, related O.R. experience required
