Position Information

As a result of the bed planning initiatives, this department will be titled A3 Vascular.

Rotation/Shifts

Days and nights, including weekends, 12 hours shifts.

Basic Requirements

  • Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario;
  • Adult Surgical experience within the last three (3) years;
  • Completion of both unit and hospital competency list;
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of Physical Assessment Course;
  • BSc.N.;
  • One (1) to two (2) years of Vascular Surgery/ Cardiology experience;
  • Experience with Epidural Catheters and PCA Management.
  • Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
