Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home community care across Muskoka with flexible scheduling and a $3,500 signing bonus. The role supports patients of all ages, coordinating care plans and maintaining records, with on-call coverage to ensure safety and care needs are met.

New graduates are welcome; full-time and part-time positions available. Competitive hourly compensation in line with Ontario market, plus a comprehensive benefits package and mileage/travel

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to patient residences within a designated area.
• Experience in delivering community care is an asset.
• Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety.

In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

Benefits and Compensation

Start with a $3500 Signing Bonus! (Full-time Position) Part-time also available.

Compensation Details: $33.37 - $38.21 per hour.
