What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Use clinical reasoning and judgment to create action plans that help clients achieve their goals.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education.
• Collaborate with local referral sources to grow your caseload.
• Partner with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to identify growth opportunities and achieve your professional goals.

About You

• Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college.
• Insured with appropriate liability coverage.
• Passionate about delivering client-centered care, including proactive follow-ups and flexible scheduling.
• An advocate of your own growth and development and eager to learn from your Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, and fellow clinicians.
• Thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting your client care and performance accordingly.
• Contribute to clinic culture through mentoring students and participating in clinic events/workshops.
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team.
• A strong communicator who understands the importance of a positive client experience.
