Job summary

Equinox Vancouver is seeking energetic Registered Massage Therapists to join our clubs. You will perform 30, 60, and 90 minute massage sessions, ensuring member satisfaction in a high-end environment.

The role requires BC RMT licensure, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting. Compensation includes session-based pay from $54.00 to $126.00 per session with bonus opportunities, plus a non-session hourly rate of $18.25.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Registered Massage Therapists for our clubs in Vancouver, BC! These are great positions for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a highly visible, top-shelf organization. The Equinox Spa is a luscious paradise for the senses. The facility has world-class amenities with a strong commitment to providing innovative, exciting new products and techniques such as hot stone therapy and tropical body smoothies.

• Analyzing, consulting and performing massage treatments in a professional and comfortable setting
• Directing all efforts towards member satisfaction
• Performing in 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions
• Ensuring that the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift

Qualifications

• A valid Certified RMT through the CMTBC licensed (College of Massage Therapy, specific to this Province)
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred
• Must be willing to develop a practice within our corporation while developing their own skills and knowledge
• Evening and weekend availability a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive energy
• Dynamic group building personality
• Computer literacy

Pay Transparency: $54.00 - $126.00 per session plus bonus opportunities; $18.25/hr. (non-session work)
