Job Description:

1. Provides professional massage treatments and various body treatments.
2. Knowledgeable about the differences and technicalities of each treatment type and can provide clients with pertinent advice.
3. Maintains a clean workspace and ensures there is always sufficient supplies on hand.
4. Respects and enforces hygiene and sterilization protocols.
5. Ensures the client is satisfied throughout the massage and/or treatment.
6. Makes sure that spa policies are respected.
7. Ensures that the spa’s quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

1. You must be a certified massage therapist and a member of a recognized professional association with a minimum of 400 hours of training.
2. Proficiency in both French and English to effectively communicate with clients.
3. Punctuality, reliability, friendliness, and a strong team spirit are essential qualities.
4. Demonstrates adaptability, positivity, energy, and politeness.
5. Knowledge of additional services such as Prenatal massage, Lymphatic massage, Hot stone massage, Deep Tissue massage, and Reflexology is preferred.
