What you will be doing:

• Maintain availability for The Fairmont Spa, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Complete guest records accurately
• Perform massages of various durations, tailoring experiences to guest needs
• Contribute to achieving Forbes 5-star rating
• Keep the work environment clean, hygienic, and equipment in safe condition

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Certificate from an accredited Massage Therapy school
• Ability to deliver high service levels under pressure
• Current professional licenses (CMTBC, First Aid)
• Previous experience as an RMT and in a spa is advantageous
