Your Responsibilities

• Maintain availability and dedication to The Fairmont Spa, working weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
• Provide comprehensive guest records
• Perform massages of various durations (30, 45, 60, 75, 90 minutes), catering to guest needs
• Contribute to achieving Forbes 5-star rating
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment, ensuring equipment safety

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Certification from an accredited Massage Therapy school
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
• Current professional licenses including CMTBC and first aid
• Previous experience in a spa setting is an asset
