We are a fast paced environment with referral sources from physiotherapists and chiropractors. We are hiring for multiple locations in Toronto, both part-time and full-time employees.

Compensation:

• A base hourly wage for clinical and non clinical hours (min 6 hours/shift)
• On top of that, you earn a commission per clinical hour.
• You can also earn up to $2000/year in quarterly bonuses
• You are entitled to education allowances for post graduate courses.
• Guaranteed yearly cost of living adjustments.
• Increases in compensation are achieved through performance and progressing through professional development.

• Mentorship and teamwork occur regularly, both in structured and unstructured formats.
• First year compensation potential on a 34 hour FT schedule is valued at $75,000

• Must have an engaging personality with great listening, communication, and team work skills.
