We are seeking a skilled, compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) dedicated to delivering exceptional, client-centered care. You are committed to providing affirming, effective treatments that align with our clinic’s mission and reputation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated, punctual, and dedicated to your caseload and career as an RMT.
• 2 years + experience managing a caseload in a private clinic setting
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of friendly, non-competitive therapists.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing trauma-informed, inclusive care.
• Special interest in working with clients experiencing pelvic pain, pre/postnatal conditions, and other pelvic health-related concerns.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in massage therapy for a pelvic health population.
• In good standing with the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS) or relevant regulatory body.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, i.e. substantial walking, standing, lifting, twisting and bending
• Personal professional liability insurance.
• Must possess a clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check prior to commencing employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on massage therapy treatments tailored to clients with pelvic health concerns, including pelvic pain, pre/postnatal discomfort, and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating manual therapy, client education, and home care recommendations.
• Maintain thorough client records in compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA)
• Collaborate with pelvic health physiotherapists and other team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in mentorship opportunities, staff training, and ongoing professional development.
• Contribute positively to our supportive and inclusive clinic environment.

• Full-time and part-time scheduling options available.
