Job summary

Quantum Management Services Ltd is supporting a downtown Toronto clinic that seeks an experienced Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join the care team on a part-time basis, 2-3 half-days per week, with potential to ramp up to full days as the clinic grows.

You will provide therapeutic massages tailored to patient goals, complete intake assessments, and document progress in the clinic's electronic health record (EHR).

Qualifications

• Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO.
• At least 2 years of experience in a private clinic or wellness setting.
• Solid skills across Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy.
• Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and injury rehabilitation.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to document and coordinate care in an EHR.
• Comfortable collaborating in an interdisciplinary care team.
• Genuine interest in proactive, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic massage tailored to each patient’s goals, from relaxation to injury rehab.

• Build and update treatment plans; track progress and outcomes over time.
• Explain findings and recommendations in plain, practical terms.
• Collaborate with the wider clinical team in care coordination discussions.

Quantum is supporting a client in downtown Toronto that is seeking an experienced Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join its in-clinic care team on a part-time basis 2-3 half-days per week to start with the opportunity to ramp up to full days as the clinic grows.

The Opportunity:

This is a physician-led clinic that puts a high standard of service first. You'll provide therapeutic massages to patients with a range of goals, including musculoskeletal pain and injury recovery, stress relief, and ongoing maintenance. You'll work alongside physicians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other allied health professionals, so each patient's care is coordinated rather than siloed.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver therapeutic massage tailored to each patient's goals, from relaxation to injury prevention and musculoskeletal support.
• Complete detailed intake assessments covering health history, goals, and contraindications.
• Build and update individualized treatment plans, tracking progress and outcomes over time.
• Explain your findings and recommendations in plain, practical terms patients can act on.
• Collaborate with the wider clinical team and contribute your perspective in care coordination discussions.
• Keep accurate, timely records of sessions, plans, and progress in the clinic's electronic health record (EHR).
• Maintain a calm, welcoming treatment environment that patients look forward to returning to.

What You'll Need:

• Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
• At least 2 years of experience in a private clinic, wellness setting, or other therapeutic environment
• Solid technical skill across multiple modalities, including at minimum Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy
• Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, injury rehabilitation, and stress-related concerns
• Strong interpersonal skills: warm, professional, and discreet
• Comfortable documenting and coordinating care in an EHR within an interdisciplinary team
• Genuine interest in proactive, relationship-based, patient-centered care
