Role Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our dynamic team at Back to Health Wellness Centre. This part-time or full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, delivering therapeutic massage services that contribute to our patients' overall wellness.

As an RMT at our clinic, you will perform a variety of massage techniques, including treatments for stress relief, pain management, and injury rehabilitation, all while providing exceptional care in a welcoming and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to the individual needs of patients, using a variety of techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, Lymphatic Drainage, trigger point therapy, etc.
• Educate patients on stress management, self-care, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic records of patient treatments and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.

Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
• Proven ability to provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments, with a focus on pain relief and wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse patient population.
• Comfortable working with an electronic online scheduling system and electronic medical records.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Experience treating sports-related injuries, soft tissue conditions, and general musculoskeletal issues is preferred.
• Both experienced RMTs with an established patient load and new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Competitive contractor compensation based on a split percentage.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with both part-time and full-time positions available. Opportunities to increase hours as desired.
