Position Title: Full-Time or Part-TimeMassage Therapist

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Massage Therapist to enrich our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Massage Therapist within our team, you will be responsible for providing professional therapeutic care while ensuring a soothing and personalized experience for each client. You will play a key role in creating a serene atmosphere by adhering to hygiene standards and spa protocols. Your main objective will be to meet the individual needs of guests while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and provide attentive and discreet service from their arrival.
• Perform a health assessment by reviewing the client's preliminary questionnaire and identify their specific expectations for the treatment.
• Adapt massage techniques to meet the client’s needs while adhering to spa protocols.
• Administer treatments professionally, ensuring each client feels comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout the session.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms in perfect condition, including managing linens, towel warmers, and sound ambiance.
• Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and spaces before and after each session.
• Provide advice to clients regarding aftercare to support their well-being, including the importance of hydration and post-massage care.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure a calm environment by speaking softly during treatments.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and harmonious experience for guests.
• Perform any other related tasks necessary for the success and efficiency of the position.

Requirements

• Degree in Massage Therapy and prior experience in a spa or wellness center (an asset).
• Minimum 5 years' experience.
• In-depth knowledge of massage techniques and best practices in massage therapy.
• Bilingualism (French and English) to interact with a diverse clientele (an asset).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends).
