Inside Out Total Wellness in Calgary is seeking a compassionate Massage Therapist to join our client-focused team and support clients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized care.

You will provide Deep Tissue, Sports, and Myofascial Release techniques, create customized treatment plans, and build trusting relationships with clients while maintaining confidential records and a calm treatment space.

Qualifications

• Valid massage therapy certification or license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education.
• Experience in client-facing roles is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy treatments including Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on client goals and wellness needs.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and progress notes.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional massage therapy treatments, including Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, and other specialized techniques.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on each client's goals, preferences, and wellness needs.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with clients through compassionate care and attentive service.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, treatment notes, and progress updates.
• Communicate openly with clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout every treatment.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming treatment environment that promotes relaxation and healing.
• Stay current with industry trends, continuing education, and emerging therapeutic techniques.
• Contribute positively to a supportive team culture that values collaboration, professionalism, and client-centered care.

• Valid massage therapy certification or license.

• Knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset.
