Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a highly dedicated Personal Caregiver to join our Calgary team. You will deliver compassionate home care, assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help clients remain independent at home. Strong English communication and reliable transport are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal caregiver training program and/or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Physically able to assist clients with movement and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide homemaking and personal care in accordance with care plans.
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to activities and events.
• Document client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Observe infection prevention practices and maintain safety standards.
