Rapids Family Health Team is seeking an enthusiastic, progressive, self-directed and professional Registered Dietitian with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other health care professionals to manage the needs of clients.
As part of the interdisciplinary team, the Registered Dietitian will deliver nutritional care in accordance with professional practice standards. The Registered Dietitian will deliver a wide range of services including assessment and treatment of individuals, group programs and consultative advice, focusing on chronic disease prevention and management, health promotion and linkages with community resources. Due to the collaborative nature of this position, the Registered Dietitian may be required to attend meetings or conduct business at other offices and external locations.
