The North Lambton Community Health Centre is a community governed health centre serving identified priority populations in a defined catchment area. The Centre operates multiple sites in Ontario: Forest, Kettle & Stony Point, Watford, and Sarnia. Our interdisciplinary team provides primary health care, health promotion and community development services.
The Registered Dietitian provides evidence-based nutrition assessments, treatment, and education for individuals and groups across the lifespan.
The rate of pay for this position is $42,839 - $50,880 annually (on a six-step grid). The rate of pay offered will be based on experience and education. Medical benefits, Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) and paid vacation are included. Flexible hours of work are required. The incumbent will primarily work at the Sarnia location but may be required to travel to all locations, as needed.
