Job summary

Brampton Dental Arts is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist for a part-time position in Brampton, ON. The role focuses on patient education, preventive care, and personalized treatment planning while collaborating with a supportive dental team.

The clinic values ongoing learning and offers a modern, cutting-edge facility. 20–30 hours per week with a 3–4 day schedule, including mornings and some afternoons.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist with CDHO or in process.
• IPAC and WHMIS certification is an asset but not required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene.
• Develop treatment plans and home care routines tailored to patients’ needs.

The ideal Registered Dental Hygienist for our team will be highly motivated to educate patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene, as well as empower them in their commitment to good oral health by developing treatment plans and home care routines tailored towards the patients’ needs.

SCHEDULE:

• 20-30 hours per week - 3 to 4 days for now - PT moving FT


• Monday 8:30am-5:30pm


• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm


• Friday 8:00am-1:00pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Currently registered or in process of registering with the:
  
  
  • College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
  
  


• IPAC certified and WHMIS certified is an asset but not required


• 1-2years of experience is preferred, however, new graduates are welcome to apply!


• Experience with dental practice management software such as AbelDentis considered an asset


• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
