Job summary

MLP Dental in Peace River, Alberta is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who values patient connections and modern dentistry. You’ll join a supportive, team-based practice with a focus on education, prevention, and building lasting relationships.

The role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule with 40+ hours per week, no evenings or weekends, and a generous hourly rate of CAD 70–80 plus production-based incentives. Training opportunities include guided biofilm therapy and iTero scanning.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist with Alberta registration is required.
• Patient-focused, friendly communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a growth mindset and collaborative spirit.
• Open to learning new technology and progressive care approaches (GBT, iTero).

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive & therapeutic dental hygiene services.
• Educate patients on oral health and prevention strategies.

Schedule & Hours

• Consistent, well-booked schedule with strong patient flow

• Start date: February / March 2026

Compensation

• $70–$80 per hour, based on experience

• Production-based commission above base
  (Base = 3× monthly salary in production)
