Job summary

Moosomin Dental Clinic, part of Dentalcorp Health Services LTD., seeks a qualified Dental Assistant to join our full‑time team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists and hygienists, handle X‑rays, and maintain patient comfort and safety with strict infection control.

Applicants must be registered or certified as a Dental Assistant and may have prior dental assisting experience. We offer a supportive, technology‑driven practice focused on patient care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with provincial regulatory body or association is required.
• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow.
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as required.
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards.
• Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care.
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.

Your Role:

About You:

Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
