Job Title: RBA and Family Care Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-Time (35h/week)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced individual to join our dynamic team. In a hybrid role of Centre Manager and Clinical Supervisor, the successful candidate will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals we serve and support in business development and growth.

Centre Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling staff and planning for staff recruitment based on business needs
  • Manage intakes and client schedules
  • Coordinate and participate in staff meetings as needed
  • Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families
  • Promote business growth through development of services and advertising
  • Provide annual staff evaluations

Clinical Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and ongoing evaluation of client treatment plans client progress
  • Provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and implementing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, such as functional analyses and assessments, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and skill development programming
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to instructor therapists and senior therapists
  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioural assessments
  • Develop treatment plans: treatment goals, skills acquisition, and behavior reduction plan
  • Oversee data collection, analyze data/behavior, and make decisions based on data
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and develop reports based on assessments and ongoing progress
  • Maintain professional boundaries with clients
  • Facilitate ongoing professional development through regular team meetings
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure consistency of treatment across environments
  • Facilitate sessions with clients as needed, in the event of staff absences.

Basic & Physical Requirements:

  • Vulnerable Criminal Background Check Required
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
  • Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable with toilet training and changing diapers
  • Must be able to handle a wide variety of behaviours, including aggression
  • Available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 830 to 530 (flexible start and end times)

Experience:

  • Required:Experience working with children ages 0-16, providing in a classroom or 1:1 setting
  • Experience implementing the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis
  • Knowledge of Ontario Autism Program
  • Previous administrative and business experience
  • Preferred:Familiar with PortiaPro, When I Work Scheduling, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace

Education:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
  • In good standing as an Ontario Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA)
