Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home RBT in Staplehurst for afternoon/evening shifts, delivering 97153 therapy under a BCBA-designed plan. A BCBA is assigned before start, with support from a family care manager.

You’ll contribute data, receive constructive supervision, and work in a role that emphasizes consistent client care and ongoing professional growth. You’ll earn $22–$23/hour for direct therapy and $16/hour for paid non-billable time, with bonuses for cancellations and a Capella

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client.
• Your BCBA is assigned before you start; you receive the plan, an introduction, and the family's care manager as support.
• Supervision is supportive with competency assessments, observation, and actionable feedback from the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do; non-billable time is paid.
• Work with experienced BCBAs and clinical directors who provide ongoing support.

The clinical side

• Our BCBAs and clinical directors are experienced and here to support you.
