We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA therapist to join our team. RBT / BT will need to have experience working with individuals with autism and possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism
• Collect and record data on individuals\' progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy
• Coordinate care with the client\'s team members
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client\'s family and other team members
• Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes
