Registered 310T Mechanic / Apprentice (Truck and Coach Technician)

Join us at GFL Environmental Inc. as a Registered 310T Mechanic / Apprentice (Truck and Coach Technician). We are hiring for our Toronto and Stoney Creek, Hamilton locations to expand our solids team.

Position Overview

The 310T Truck & Coach Technician will be responsible for preventive maintenance, vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repair. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment.
  • Maintain and repair diesel, CNG, gas, and electric vehicles.
  • Complete reports, work orders, and manage parts procurement.
  • Plan and schedule repairs, review mechanical write-ups.
  • Ensure safety compliance and utilize appropriate tools.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; technical diploma preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a diesel mechanic.
  • Diagnostic software experience is a plus.
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
  • Ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria.
