As a Regional Head, you will lead the MD Wealth BC Region, ensuring the execution of business strategies, plans, and initiatives in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. You will provide leadership to achieve sales and performance objectives, implementing MD strategies and processes to meet financial and client goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and foster a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage bank-wide resources.
  2. Ensure day-to-day activities align with the bank's risk appetite and culture, maintaining effective controls and compliance.
  3. Build and develop high-performance teams, attracting and retaining talent through an inclusive environment and coaching.
  4. Achieve business growth through management of sales and service activities.
  5. Coach team members to deepen client relationships and profile MD within the community.
  6. Participate in change initiatives and lead efforts to deliver a differentiated client experience.
  7. Manage compliance, risk, and escalation procedures to ensure standards are met.
  8. Develop relationships with peers to share best practices and enhance sales results.
  9. Create an environment of operational efficiency and high performance.
  10. Provide leadership to improve the client experience through sales and service management methodologies.
Location and Compensation
  • Location: Vancouver, BC
  • Workplace: On-site
  • Salary: $44.00 to $131.00 per hour
  • Terms: Permanent, full-time
