National Bank in Saint-Hyacinthe, Montérégie, is seeking a Regional Vice-President, Commercial Banking to lead a high‑impact team and execute regional strategy. You will mobilize professionals, drive client relationships, and optimize risk and performance across the region.

You will report to the VP of Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859, develop talent, and ensure excellence in client experience while advancing sales and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 8 years.
• Significant experience working with commercial clients.
• Strong people management experience.
• Experience with complex financing structures and risk analysis.
• Experience in sales coaching.
• Negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of the Private Banking 1859 sector or business line is an asset.
• Ability to maximize the use of sales management tools (dashboards, reporting tools, etc.).

Your Team

Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859, you will act as the leader for the Montérégie region, specifically for our Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Saint-Hyacinthe offices. The team is composed of approximately twenty professionals, including Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, as well as Financing Solutions Managers and Directors.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience;
• Significant experience working with commercial clients;
• Strong people management experience;
• Experience with complex financing structures and risk analysis;
• Experience in sales coaching;
• Negotiation experience;
• Knowledge of the Private Banking 1859 sector or business line, an asset;
• Ability to maximize the use of sales management tools (dashboards, reporting tools, etc.).
