CMLS Asset Management is looking for a Regional Vice-President, Capital Raising (Western Region) to join our growing team.
The primary objective of the national sales team is to grow our asset base by supporting our direct investor clients and our network of investment professionals as they prepare their clients for retirement and other significant life goals that demand focused financial management. The team works together to plan and execute a strategy that cultivates key relationships and effectively maximizes territory sales.
As an integral member of the sales team, you will:
CMLS Asset Management is a registered investment fund manager, portfolio manager, and exempt market dealer, with a 16-year track record in delivering stable returns to investor clients seeking exposure to real estate debt. The firm manages its flagship fund, the CMLS Mortgage Fund, and acts as subadvisor to institutional investor clients seeking to augment their traditional fixed income investments with real estate debt.
