Tremco is currently searching for a Regional Sales Support Coordinator in our Tremco Canada Division.

This position is responsible providing administrative and marketing assistance to Regional Sales Manager and Sales representatives in designated areas.

  • Support the regional sales team to populate and update the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Enter incoming orders and coordinates them with all parties involved.
  • Offer logistic support and coordination to the regional manager.
  • Provide administrative assistance to region.
  • Monitor regional sales budget and submit expense requests.
  • Proofread translated documents.
  • Attend and represent Tremco during exhibits and tradeshows.
  • Enter and assign leads, callbacks, and follow-up tasks when needed.
  • Order marketing communication pieces and product samples.
  • Participate in company committees and share feedback to align with goals and vision.
  • Help with marketing, including PowerPoint presentations, social mediaplatforms and communication tools (. LinkedIn).
  • Coordinate, plan, and manage different types of events and vendors.
  • Contribute to special assignments and projects.
  • Review operating practices and procedures and identify process improvements that can beimplemented.
  • Follow safe work procedures and practices.
  • Recognize and report hazards.
  • Attend health and safety meetings.
  • Participate in training, audits, and inspections.
  • Comply with legal duties and Tremco safety policies and procedures.
  • All employees are liable under the Criminal Code of Canada as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Act to take every reasonable precaution in the circumstances for the protection of workers

Education and Skills :

  • Advanced bilingualism mandatory, oral / writing (French / English).
  • Experience with Salesforce platform or other CRMs an asset.
  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • 3 year’s experience in an Administrative Assistant capacity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the capacity of sales support, administrative assistant, or executive assistant
  • Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel occasionally outside the territory.

The salary rangefor applicants in this position generally ranges between $57,000 and $71,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
