We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover Quebec and the Maritimes. This role blends business development, hands-on customer support, and strategic sales management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, and end users
  • Conduct in-person, virtual, and trade show product presentations
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across all sectors
  • Negotiate deals and close sales
  • Log activities and insights in the CRM and submit regular sales reports
  • Work closely with internal teams to align with KPIs and growth goals

Skills and qualifications :

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales of pumps or related systems
  • Technical or mechanical education preferred
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Team player with strong integrity and self-drive
