We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales efforts in British Columbia. This position is based in Vancouver, with travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  2. Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Developing and executing regional business plans to exceed sales targets.
  4. Utilizing the Axis Experience Centre for product demonstrations and educational events.
  5. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  6. Promoting Axis solutions to partners and end-users.
  7. Collaborating with Technology Partners for customized solutions.
  8. Participating in trade shows, seminars, and webinars.
  9. Staying updated on industry trends and sharing insights internally.
  10. Preparing sales reports and forecasts using CRM tools.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation skills.
  2. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and proactively.
  4. Strong relationship-building skills at all levels.
  5. Effective multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Technical background in cameras, networks, or related fields is a plus.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant experience.
