We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager - Canada to join our Sales team!

Are you passionate about driving sales growth and building strong dealer relationships across a vast and dynamic market? Watkins Wellness is looking for a motivated and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our family of brands throughout Canada. Products include wellness focused home appliances such as spas, saunas, cold plunges and more. This field-based role is key to expanding our market presence, supporting our dealer network, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll report directly to the North American Sales Manager and play a vital role in executing our sales strategy across a large geographic territory.

  • Can You Drive Sales and Strategic Growth? Achieve annual sales targets across all product categories by executing a strategic territory plan. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including signing and onboarding new dealers in open markets. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Are You a Relationship Builder and Trusted Advisor? Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers through regular communication, in-person visits, and tailored support. Collaborate with dealers to assess business needs and implement action plans that enhance performance and profitability.
  • Can You Train, Inspire, and Support? Deliver impactful sales and marketing training to dealers, ensuring alignment with Watkins Wellness’ strategic vision. Support dealers in resolving delivery, technical, warranty, and credit issues, working closely with internal departments and finance partners.
  • Do You Collaborate and Represent with Confidence? Partner with cross-functional teams—Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Dealer Support—to ensure seamless execution of programs. Represent Watkins Wellness at trade shows, dealer events, and promotional activities to support dealer success and brand visibility.
  • Can You Manage a Large, Diverse Territory? Navigate the unique challenges of a geographically expansive Canadian market with efficiency and adaptability. Prioritize travel, time management, and dealer engagement to ensure consistent support and performance across the region.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in wholesale and retail sales (pool and spa industry preferred).
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and merchandising techniques.
  • Experience with Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Canada (minimum 120 days per year).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Hiring Range: $96,000.00 - $129,030.00.
