Reporting to the AWM Business Unit Director, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)is responsible for developing, organizing, implementing all sales initiatives within their assigned region.

What will you be doing?

This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans in collaboration with marketing, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers to drive revenue growth and expand market share. The RSM will coach and develop direct reports through in-field training, customer events, and regional conferences.

Key responsibilities include overseeing sales forecasting, maintaining accurate pipeline management, and ensuring accountability through sales funnels, business reviews, and contract oversight.

The RSM will position S+N competitively by highlighting the clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness of its products and therapies, while delivering valuable contributions to customers through business insights and staying current on trends in advanced wound management.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role requires strong professional selling skills—Challenger Sales training is a plus—along with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities. You should be detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of working independently under pressure. A proactive attitude and commitment to a safe, collaborative work environment are essential.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business and at least three years of healthcare sales experience are required. You’ll need a solid understanding of the Healthcare and Med Tech industries, including GPOs and procurement systems, as well as experience managing complex projects in the Canadian healthcare space. Strong computer skills, especially in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, along with outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, are also key.

Travel Requirements: within designated sales territory with 2-4 overnights a month depending on the geography of the territory. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences

All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.
