In this high-impact enterprise sales role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business in the Western Canada region by helping top organizations understand and adopt cutting-edge data solutions. With a focus on consultative, customer-centric selling, you’ll lead the end-to-end sales process, build strategic relationships, and close complex deals. You'll thrive in a fast-growing, remote-first environment that values creativity, autonomy, and performance. If you're driven by results and passionate about delivering value to customers, this is your opportunity to shine.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to exceed quota and drive new business across Alberta and British Columbia.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline creation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition to technical and executive stakeholders (from engineers to CISOs/CIOs).
  • Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships and maintain strong engagement with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to accelerate sales and expand market reach.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline updates using proven methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Support occasional cross-time-zone engagements as part of a remote-first global team.
  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in Security, IT Observability, or related SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of landing at least 5+ new logos annually and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Experience selling to IT and Security personas, including C-level executives.
  • Background in working with high-growth startups or having an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong ability to create demand in greenfield territories and sell solutions not yet budgeted for.
  • Familiarity with channel-led sales motions and MEDDIC methodology.
  • Based in Western Canada (Alberta or BC), with the ability to travel as needed.
  • Competitive base salary range: CAD 200,000–210,000 (based on experience and location).
  • Attractive commission and incentive structure.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance and short-term disability coverage.
  • Paid holidays and generous PTO.
