We’re a leading provider of residential HVAC solutions, known for our innovation, reliability, and customer focus. As we expand across Canada, we’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our growth in Ontario—starting in the Greater Toronto Area.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow revenue and market share.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing HVAC distributors and wholesalers.
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners.
  • Build awareness of our products within the engineering and HVAC communities.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits across the GTA and Ontario.
  • Provide market insights to support internal product and marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B sales experience in technical or equipment-based industries

Experience selling to distributors, wholesalers, and resellers

Strong understanding of the technical sales cycle

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-starter comfortable with remote work and frequent travel

Nice to Have

Experience in the residential HVAC industry

Engineering background (education or work experience)

Familiarity with the Ontario HVAC distribution landscape
