An established mining products company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Montreal area to drive sales and profitability while enhancing customer relationships. The successful candidate will have a technical degree and at least 5 years of experience in technical sales within the mining sector. Regional Sales Manager - Mineral Processing Fixed Plant

About the Role :
As our Regional Sales Manager , reporting to the Sales - Mineral Processing, Canada, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and the continued development of Bradken’s mining products within your region. With your strategic mindset, you’ll enhance sales processes and client relations by visiting mine sites and fostering strong customer engagement. You’ll also support product innovation by collaborating with the Product Development team, and ensure customer solutions are delivered on time, meeting their unique needs.
Your role includes managing contracts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting sales forecasting using Salesforce. You’ll work closely with internal teams, providing insights and feedback, while managing key accounts to maintain Bradken’s position as a market leader.
How does a typical day look like?
You will focus on building and executing customer engagement plans, conducting regular mine site visits, and fostering relationships with internal teams to enhance sales strategies. You’ll also be responsible for managing sales forecasts, budgets, and debtor accounts, ensuring timely submission of reports and identifying growth opportunities.
