The Role
We are seeking a Bilingual (French & English) Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and account management efforts across Eastern Canada. This is a field-based, high-impact role with roughly 80% of your time dedicated to new business development, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and fleet accounts.
As the Regional Sales Manager – Bilingual (French & English), you’ll combine a hunter’s drive with a talent for building strong dealer and distributor relationships across Quebec and Atlantic Canada. You’ll take ownership of a high-value territory, driving new business growth while strengthening existing partnerships.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and closing to long-term account growth, consistently driving results.Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and fleets, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.Influence dealer outside sales teams to maximize performance and market penetration.Develop and execute creative sales initiatives, including promotions, coupons, and fleet strategies, to accelerate growth.Conduct regular on-site dealer visits to maintain strong relationships and assess market opportunities firsthand.Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and CRM records to ensure business visibility and decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams; marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and product management.Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to proactively adjust territory plans.Communicate openly, transparently, and proactively with both internal teams and external partners.Requirements
Fluent in French and English, essential for engaging with dealers and fleets across Eastern CanadaMinimum 5 years’ experience in B2B field sales managing substantial accountsProven success in new business development and account growthStrong negotiation, strategic thinking, and forecasting skillsProficient in CRM systems, preferably SalesforceComfortable analyzing P&L, KPIs, and sales data to inform territory strategyExcellent territory and time management skills, able to balance proactive and reactive sales activities.Assertive yet approachable communication styleIndustry experience in automotive, industrial, equipment, chemical, coatings, appliances, or electronics is an asset.Background checks (criminal record and driver’s abstract)LI-SR
