We are seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to oversee the British Columbia territory, based in BC.

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager, specializing in Compounding Solutions, is responsible for all sales activities within an assigned territory, aiming to meet or surpass sales and profit goals. This role involves managing customer relationships, expanding sales to new markets, and differentiating our products in a competitive environment.

Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years in hospital pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales
  • Experience in pharmacy compounding preferred
  • Existing relationships with hospital pharmacy directors in BC preferred
  • Proven success in competitive hospital markets
  • Healthcare experience is an asset
