Now, they’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the South East region.

This isn’t just another kit-in-a-bag sales role. It’s about building deep relationships, coaching dealer reps, being the product expert in your area and helping clinicians deliver better care through better tools.

Responsibilities
  • Managing sales across a premium dental product portfolio, working both directly and via dealer partners
  • Coaching and developing dealer reps; joining them in the field, unlocking opportunities and helping them win
  • Running engaging demos and training sessions for dentists, nurses and practice teams
  • Acting as the go-to expert for clinical product queries, installations and follow-up support
  • Building strong relationships with key practices, dental groups and thought leaders
  • Tracking activity and market insights via CRM, reporting back to shape wider sales strategy
About You
  • Someone with strong dental sales experience and a proven track record of hitting targets
  • A confident presenter, great at building trust and simplifying technical products
  • Someone who’s energised by people and passionate about delivering service, not just sales
  • Able to work independently but collaborates well across teams and with partners
  • Willing to travel across the region, and occasionally attend evening or weekend events and congresses

You’ll be trusted with your territory, backed by a supportive manager and given the tools to develop your career long term.
