Location: Burnaby, BC
Compensation: $150,000 – $155,000 base + performance bonus + benefits

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will:

1. Lead and develop a team of sales representatives, coaching them to achieve and exceed targets.
2. Drive developer, dealer, builder, general contractor, and contractor sales, growing relationships and securing new business.
3. Support the inside sales, warehouse, and showroom teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
4. Execute a strategic sales plan, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
5. Negotiate, close deals, and provide hands-on leadership, ensuring the team delivers exceptional results.
