Enhanced Medical Nutrition (EMN) is a transformational food-as-medicine start-up that commercializes evidence-based medical nutrition products to improve patient outcomes and experience in surgery. Surgical patients are often unprepared for the stress of their surgery, which can significantly increase the risk of delayed recovery, complications, and mortality. As a key member of our sales team, you will be motivated to grow EMN's business by adding new accounts, surgeon customers, and patient end-users. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for learning our product offerings, generating leads, building relationships, managing the sales process, closing sales, providing customer service, obtaining feedback, and increasing product utilization within existing accounts in a defined territory within the USA. You will also support strategic sales initiatives and ad hoc projects.
You are an assertive self-starter with excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. You enjoy working with people, are organized, and can prioritize tasks effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, critical thinking, and teamwork are essential.
Education: Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, nutrition, kinesiology, or science.
Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales within health, wellness, pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical technology industries. Experience in orthopedics or with CRM tools is an asset but not required. Experience driving product consumption over fixed contracts is also an asset but not required.
