Overview

Summary

We’re hiring a Regional Manufacturing Recruiter to join a small team of talent acquisition experts that will partner with our functional leaders across Wonderbrands to engage, attract, and inspire talent for individual contributor and leadership opportunities throughout our bakery teams across the Western Region - Calgary, Winnipeg, Langley, Regina. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a talented recruiter who is an innovative problem solver to join a premier North American bakery and contribute to building and executing a best-in-class talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key recruitment engagements across bakery functions, including roles at all levels.
  • Handle full cycle ATS (ICIMS) management, from job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and supporting offer and onboarding processes.
  • Lead recruitment marketing and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to ensure excellence in candidate experience and support talent development efforts.
  • Partner proactively with the business to understand future talent needs and build talent pipelines.
  • Deliver regular recruitment activity and efficiency metrics.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field; additional credentials in HR, marketing, or CRM/Sales are a plus.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, HRIS, event marketing, or project management, preferably within a growing CPG or manufacturing organization.
  • Strong action bias and data analysis skills.
  • Technical aptitude with CRM or ATS systems; familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and Workday is advantageous.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Ability to assist with first-day orientations as needed.
  • Interest in employment branding, candidate experience, and talent acquisition trends.
