The Opportunity
The Regional Practice Lead - Business Analysis will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of the Business Analysis (BA) function and Professional Services across the region. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with visionary leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. You will lead the regional BA function, ensure integration of business analysis and technical delivery strategies, and align local activities with global objectives. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Delivery, this role will evolve to deliver scalable solutions and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing, diverse team across business analysis and quality assurance functions.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities to team members, driving performance and career development.
- Champion a results-driven culture, ensuring teams take ownership of outcomes and collaborate effectively.
- Establish and promote best practices for business analysis, technical delivery, and quality assurance across the region.
Cultural and Organizational Leadership:- Shape and nurture the departmental culture in line with Quantexa's values and regional goals.
- Collaborate with in-country leadership to drive regional alignment with the company's strategic vision.
- Lead by example, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Strategic Oversight of Business Analysis & Technical Delivery:- Oversee the Business Analysis function, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
- Ensure technical delivery addresses real-world challenges by bridging developers and clients.
- Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders and delivery managers for seamless alignment of business requirements and technical solutions.
- Manage resources efficiently for internal and partner-driven projects.
Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence:- Lead client workshops and strategic design sessions, providing assurance in solutions developed.
- Manage risks, escalations, and quality assurance to exceed client expectations.
- Act as a key client contact, addressing concerns and resolving challenges proactively.
- Refine and optimize technical solutions to meet client goals and foster long-term partnerships.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:- Promote innovation by leading the development of new features, capabilities, and methodologies.
- Foster knowledge sharing, ensuring best practices and lessons learned are implemented across teams.
This role blends leadership and strategic focus with technical expertise, client orientation, and a solution-driven mindset.
