Job summary

Sobeys Inc. is seeking licensed pharmacists to join its national pharmacy team across Manitoba. You’ll deliver patient-centered care, provide counselling on new therapies, and support documentation and care plans to meet health needs within Sobeys banners.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
Injection and First Aid Certification; Kroll software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide patient counselling and education for new therapy to patients/caregivers.
Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to provide health services.
Engage in Fusion to ensure seamless care and consistent pharmacy experiences.
Ensure prescription safety and understand corporate pharmacy programs.
